Managing Crises or Conflict. If your group or organization has suffered a recent crisis, or if there is continuing conflict within your group, we can consult with your group to ameliorate the effects of the crisis or the conflict. We may focus on self care of the individuals and the group as well as improving communication styles within the group.
Improving Work Relationships. The focus of our consultation here is on establishing and building healthy, appropriate, respectful communication within your group or organization. We can help groups learn better ways to communicate their needs to each other and to understand the needs of colleagues.

Team Building. We will consult with your group to help everyone
understand what they bring to the work environment (both strengths and
pitfalls). This ideally increases understanding of self and others and
encourages the group to build upon the strengths of its individual
members. We may use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to
facilitate the team building process (testing fees apply).
Stress Management.
Stress is increasingly damaging to individuals, and therefore, groups
of people. We can provide guidance on the need for self care as well
as strategies for improving it in the work and personal lives of people
in your organization.

Our consultation services are designed to bring our psychological
knowledge to individuals, groups, and organizations. In addition to
in-service trainings and various workshops, we can
consult with individuals or groups of people who want or need to
improve their understanding of each other.
We will speak with
you on the phone about your needs in order to tailor our services to
your group. Fees are based upon length of our consultation and are
determined after our initial phone consult.
