What I do…

I am a psychologist licensed in both Maryland the District of Columbia.  I do individual and group therapy with adults.

How I work…

My style is integrative, which means that my clinical approach pulls from various theoretical perspectives.  I don’t treat each person the same; I do tailor my interventions to the needs of a given person and his/her situation.  I pay particular attention to what is going on now, what has happened in the past, and how these two are connected with each other.  My goal is to create a trusting, safe, and open environment that will facilitate insight, understanding, corrective emotional experiences, and/or change of some sort.

My Annapolis office is easily accessible to West Street, Rte 2, Rte 50, and I-97.  It is located near the Annapolis Towne Center, just behind Kohl's department store.  Ample parking is available.  The address is  49 Old Solomons Island Road, Suite 200, Annapolis, MD 21401.

My DC office is in the West End section of NW DC (between Georgetown and Foggy Bottom).  It is on the corner of 25th and M Streets (just up the block from Trader Joe’s on 25th St.).  The Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle metro stations are a 10 to 15 minute walk from my office, and on-street metered parking is usually available.  The address is 2440 M Street, NW, Suite 411, Washington, DC 20037.

How to contact me…

I can be reached at anniejudge@aol.com to schedule a phone consultation.  I can also be reached at (410) 266-8555 (Annapolis answering service) or at (202) 887-5472 (DC office).   Please specify if you would like an appointment in my DC or Annapolis office.

About insurance…

If you will be seeking insurance reimbursement, I would be considered an out-of-network provider.  Typically, reimbursement rates range from 50-80%, but how much your insurance company will reimburse you (and how quickly they will reimburse you) depends on the company and your plan with it.  I would be happy to guide you through questions to ask your insurance company in a phone consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.
